Call Log Streams
A Call Log Stream is a WebSocket-based, streaming API that provides real-time, enriched API transaction details on a call-by-call basis with a JSON payload. For example, data points include Source IP, Latency, API Key, and Package/Plan/Service information.

Add and modify a new log stream channel and corresponding access token.
Adding a New Call Log Stream Channel
You can create only a single channel for an area in Cloud API Management. Once a channel is created, it cannot be deleted.

Navigate to Analyze > Call Log Stream. This opens the Call Log Streams page.

If you are creating a channel for the first time, the Call Log Stream Configuration Wizard opens automatically. Click Generate to create a new channel and an Access token.
This opens the Call Log Stream Configuration Wizard. The channel is assigned the default channel name (
Channel for your Area name), matching the name of the area in your installation.Or

Click the Create your first Channel to open the Call Log Stream Configuration Wizard and create a new channel.

Click Close. This opens the Channel Access Token:
<your channel name>page.You can find the information about the Access token and other details associated with your Call Log Stream Channel configuration here.
Click the Call Log Streams link to view your newly created default channel on the Call Log Streams page.

Modifying Call Log Stream Channel
Procedure

Navigate to Analyze > Call Log Stream. This opens the Call Log Streams page.

In the Channel Name column, click the specific channel name link or Settings icon next to the row you want to update the channel name. This opens the Call Log Stream Settings:
<your channel name>page. -
Modify the fields as required.

Navigate to Access Tokens. This opens the Channel Access Tokens:
<your channel name>page.Enable or disable a token for the created channel by clicking the Enabled or Disabled link in the Status column.
The New Token button allows you to generate a new token. By default, this remains disabled if an existing token is enabled.
To create a new token for a channel:

Disable an existing token for a channel.

Click New Token, then click Create and close.
This lists the new Token and URL details on the Channel Access Tokens:
<your channel name>page. The status of the newly generated token is enabled by default.

Click Save. The Call Log Stream Settings are modified.
